Mr. Allen is a graduate of Conception Seminary College (Bachelor of Arts 1996) and Saint Meinrad Seminary (Master of Arts 1999). He has served the people of St. Andrew Church as Pastoral Associate since 2007. He also serves as a Procurator-Advocate for the Catholic Tribunal of Charleston.
