St. Andrew Catholic School

St. Andrew Catholic School is a vital part of our parish family. Our National Blue Ribbon School has served families along the Grand Strand since 1956. Our mission is to nurture faith, inspire academic excellence, and lead our students in a life of service beyond self. All of this is accomplished in a safe Christian community where every child is known and loved. We are proud of the many accomplishments of our children. These students go on to area high schools where they are regularly praised for their achievement, creativity, study skills and fine work ethic. Many of our graduates have gone on to become important leaders in our own community. Our school is about the task of forming young minds for God and the work of His church.

The volunteer opportunities at our school are varied. There are clerical tasks, cafeteria help, refreshment stand workers for the games, and volunteer work for our fundraisers (Taste of the Town, Crusader Countdown, Book fair, etc.) We welcome help with these areas. For the safety of our students anyone who wishes to volunteer must take the Virtus training, and also must be screened.
