Capital Campaign Update

We are now two-thirds of the way through a $6 million capital campaign. We recently broke ground on a new Community Life Center, which is the first phase of a long-awaited three-phase expansion/

renovation program.

St Andrew’s School was recently awarded the National Blue Ribbon. This prestigious honor is only granted to a few schools throughout the country that meet or exceed exacting standards. Our school, however, is housed in a building that is nearly 50 years old. A lot needs to be done to update our aging facilities. The strategic plan for development includes new rooms for a library, media center, art, music, nurse, and guidance counselor. We also plan to relocate the adminis-tration offices and main entrance from their present location on busy Kings Highway to a safer location in the back of the building, thus creating an integral campus atmosphere.

The third phase will expand the Community Life Center by adding locker rooms, more meeting space, and parish offices. During this stage, we will also upgrade the landscape of the entire parish campus.

With the support of our members and friends, we are confident that we will be able to accomplish this entire project in a timely manner.

Prayer for Safety and Success

Loving God, all good gifts come from Your abundance. With grateful hearts for the manifold blessings we have received through the years in St. Andrew Parish, we pray that You encourage and sustain us once again as we embark upon the construction of our new Community Life Center. This facility will enable us to expand our presence and active ministries according to Your plan. May our new center be built, not merely of brick and mortar, but of living stones that will help fulfill our mission of hospitality and service to all. We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen.
