Easter Sunday |
||
For as long as anybody can remember, we've been celebrating our Easter Masses off site to accommodate the thousands of visitors who come to Myrtle Beach for the Easter holiday. This year, we had threeMasses at The Palace Theatre and filled it to capacity for two Masses and near capacity for the other one. Everything we do for Mass at our church, we do on a much larger scale for our Easter Masses at the theater. Our pastor, Msgr. Chet Moczydlowski, surveyed the capacity crowd in the photo below. |

We
had a signer for the hearing impaired at two of our Masses. |
We
had a multitude of singers including our youth choir, our adult choir,
and several very talented cantors. |

We
had 34 ushers, 34 Eucharistic Ministers, and ten greeters at each Mass.
Many people served at multiple Masses. |
As
soon as one crowd left, another crowd came in. |
